About > How to get here
The School of Earth Sciences is housed on the ground floor, the basement and in the Inner Court buildings of the Wills Memorial Building, whose tower is a well-known Bristol landmark. It is situated on Queens Road, at the top of Park Street, and is next door to Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery. It is shown on the 3D view below and is location 26 on the University precinct map.

Follow the instructions given in directions to get to the University. If you use the 8/9 bus from Temple Meads Station, you should get off at Queens Road, which is close to the Wills Memorial Building.
If you are travelling by car from the M32 the nearest car multi-storey parks are Trenchard off Park Row (the postcode if you wish to use SatNav is BS1 5AN ) or West End, off Upper Berkeley Place at the top of Jacobs Wells Road (postcode BS8 1EH). From Trenchard walk along Park Row to its junction with Queen's Road and cross the road at the traffic lights to reach Wills Memorial Building (3 minutes) or from West End walk up the hill to Queen's Road, cross and walk to your right (3 minutes). There is metered street parking in the streets around Wills Memorial Building (Woodland Road, University Road), but it is busy, expensive and limited to a short time so we strongly recommend using the multi-storeys.
